Jody: Even though I’d gone through terrible things in my childhood, music was a way to escape. And so when I visited Grace, she showed me this beautiful antique music box.
And when she lifted the hood and then played the music, it just took me to a different place. It’s like I sunk into the floor and my shoulders relaxed. So music is very important in my life and Grace Hooks showed me not only a new part of it, but how it related to family and passing on treasures.
